Sherri, a wonderful citizen activist provides us with a concise and condensed list of actions to bring Cheney and the Bush administration to justice.
The high crimes of treason committed by Dick Cheney and the Bush administration are shameful but what would be more shameful is to let them get away with it. Throughout modern history, the American people have been coerced into war by lies, and the American invasion and occupation of Iraq is no exception.
Let our children’s text books reflect the dark side of American politics, and corporate control and reveal the day a passive public awoke and did something about it!
Our constitution is in shreds. Let us not wait to use of democratic rights extended to all U.S. citizens, those very rights may not be valid in the future.
Sherri’s path to impeachment:
- Contact the Judiciary Committee and ask them to pass or markup HRes 333 to impeach Cheney.
- Contact Speaker Nancy Pelosi and ask her to put impeachment back on the table. She is the key “decider” on impeachment.
- Subscribe to our newsletter. When we have news or specific actions planned we will alert you.
- Contact Congress and ask them to start an impeachment inquiry.
- Make an impeachment video and put it on www.youtube.com.
- Join your local Congressional District Impeach Committee (CDIC) and ask your representative to impeach.
Sign these petitions to impeach:
- Work with your state legislature or local city government to pass an impeachment resolution. We have resources and mentors available to assist in the process. Just ask!
- Help support this website by donating through a secure server. Contact Bush. Telephone or send an email to George Bush telling him what you think. Ask him to resign.
- Display an impeachment poster in your window.
- Contact the Media. Start with your local paper then use this Media Contact List from Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting
- Add a photo link. If you have a web site then please add a photo link to this site like the one on the right. Here’s how!
- Join Your Neighbors at http://impeachbush.meetup.com/
- Visit this site for more action ideas: cleanoutthewhitehouse.org
- Invite your friends to see a movie . Make them some popcorn.
- Organizations. Urge activist organizations, who may be wondering where to focus their energies, to work on impeachment.
- Write a School Paper on impeachment. Discuss your paper in class.

Revenge will only polarize the country even more.
Yes, Bush has done horrible things and Chaney is a creepy man, but we need to repair the damage done rather than worry about impeachment.
It makes me wonder if some of the websites I’ve seen are truly what they appear to be.
Conservatives would be well served if the democrats wasted hours, days, weeks, months and possibly years by pursuing dead end impeachment hearings.
